Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our innovative design and architecture firm in Atlanta, GA. As a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of projects, including construction documentation and specifications, and leading a team of designers and technical staff. **Responsibilities:** • Work on and oversee the development of projects in full, including all phases, with a focus on corporate interior design, hospitality, and multifamily projects • Manage and lead a team of designers and technical staff • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants • Interpret project goals and develop design solutions that meet budget and schedule requirements • Review and coordinate design documents with engineers and consultants • Direct and review design documents for content and accuracy • Coordinate with the design team to develop a design based on project criteria, program, and budget • *Qualifications:** • 8-12 years of experience as an interior designer with the ability to work on and oversee the development of a project in full, including all phases • Knowledge of hospitality and multi-family project types • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up • Positive attitude with skills and temperament to work on a team as a member or leader • Strong design aesthetic and ability to convey design intent • Ability to interface with clients, contractors, and consultants • Familiar with ADA compliance and commercial building codes • Willingness to travel, as required for projects • Ability to attend scheduled presentations when necessary to communicate design intent to clients and design team • *Benefits:** • Competitive annual salary • Full benefits package including healthcare, dental, 401K plan, Employee Stock Ownership Program, FSA account, Life Insurance, PTO & Holidays, Education & Training, Referral Bonus, social gatherings, and more • Employee Stock Ownership Program
