As a Senior Interior Designer specializing in Model Home Interior Design, you'll have the opportunity to craft authentic, soulful, and unique spaces that reflect the clients' vision and stories. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design from an accredited university • 5-7+ years of experience in Model Home interior design • Design portfolio displaying design capabilities • NCIDQ and ASID members are preferred but not required • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit experience is a plus • Experience with understanding architectural details and constructability • Strong knowledge of model home construction methods and materials • Experience with budget management - understands how to allocate budget and appropriate use of vendors • Ability to read builder plans and comprehend • Ability to communicate designs verbally and written plus in presentations • Strong client relations and relationship-building skills • Ability to travel to job sites and the office when needed Why work with Interior Talent?
