Senior Interior Designer | Hospitality Projects | Las Vegas, NV • *Relocation Package is available** We seek for our 5-star hospitality client a Senior Interior Designer who will be responsible for collaborating with the CCO, VP of Design, and Directors of Design in the creation, execution, oversight, and documentation of a project’s comprehensive interiors scheme, involving the coordination of interior architecture, space programming, space planning, FF&E and color/materials. The Senior Designer leads the development and interdisciplinary coordination of all design documents and specifications to ensure the highest quality of design representation for use and coordination by the entire project team. • Expert Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Spexx or Similar • Intermediate proficiency in AutoDesk Form IT, Sketchup, Consultant Management, Master-Planning, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Sketchup • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or newer, Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat, Hand Sketches, Procore/BIM360/PlanGrid/Other, REVIT 2018 or Newer, Space Planning • Articulate and effective communicator with the ability to direct and coordinate the work of others. • Design sensitive, have finely tuned aesthetic sensibilities, and have a broad design vocabulary in order to support high-profile clients, high-caliber design teams, and high-end design projects with exceptional attention to detail.
