In this job, you will work with a team to address the issues of our clients (style, budget, and schedule) and enjoy the challenge of working with sophisticated real estate developers. About You • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture • 10-15 years of experience designing multi-family, hospitality or senior living spaces • NCIDQ certification is preferred • Excellent design, graphic and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and graphic communication skills • Experience interfacing with clients and collaborating with Architecture and consultant teams • Proficiency with design and documentation software including Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience in preparing construction documents and construction administration • Possesses general knowledge of building codes and ADA guidelines as they relate to life safety and space planning • Team player with a collaborative mindset • Interest in creative Hospitality Interiors • Ability to Commute: Baltimore, MD 21202 (Required) • Work Location: Hybrid, In person 3 days a week (Required) HCM is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
