Essential Functions • Defines design or project elements and processes required to meet client needs, along with participating in and coordinating estimates and proposal/bid preparations. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field from an accredited university. • Minimum of five (5) years related experience in architectural planning and design. • A high degree of competency is required in CAD and graphics software packages, including Integrated Workplace Information Management (IWMS) or Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems such as Planon or Archibus, as well as database, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
