JOB DESCRIPTION \\- Studio K Design is a high-end interior design firm based in Santa Monica, CA. We work with clients, architects, and contractors to create spaces that are unique and thoughtfully curated. EXPERIENCE \\- Sketchup: 2 years (Required) \\- Interior Design: 3 years (Required) \\- BS degree in Interior Design or similar \\- Senior Designer Position Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS \\- Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp \\- Proficiency in Design Manager or Studio \\- Ability to create detailed floor plans and elevations \\- Strong written and verbal communication skills \\- Possess the ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural plans \\- Coordinate material procurement \\- Prepare, maintain daily progress report for each project \\- Previous experience in high-end custom residential design \\- Design Coordinator Responsibilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \\- The Designer will assist Principle in the execution of specific assignments \\- Develop design concepts \\- Source and order materials \\- Prepare documentation for design development and construction documents \\- Organize research for product and construction methods related to projects \\- Project management \\- FF&E; Procurement $35-40/Hour Please submit resume and design portfolio.
