Senior Interior Production Architect

Creative Resource Associates (CRA) is seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Design Project Architect to lead and elevate our Interior Design Production department. The successful candidate will work closely with CRA Principals, Design Directors, and Senior Designers while mentoring production staff and guiding projects from concept through completion. Lead the interior architectural production of projects from Concept through Construction AdministrationTranslate design intent, narratives, and concepts into clear, coordinated, and executable drawing setsOversee and manage space planning, interior architecture, and documentation for large-scale hospitality and commercial interiorsGuide and mentor internal production staff and coordinate with outsourced drafting teamsCollaborate closely with designers, FF&E teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design integrityMaintain quality control across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and consistencyCoordinate interdisciplinary workflows with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendorsSupport construction administration including submittals, RFIs, ASIs, and site coordinationHelp advance CRA’s production standards, workflows, and use of emerging technologies (including AI tools)Contribute to a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement 10+ years of professional experience in interior architecture and hospitality design (strongly desired)Strong background in hospitality, experiential, and large commercial interiorsProven ability to lead interior architectural production from concept through executionExceptional attention to detail and technical rigorAbility to convert design ideas into clear architectural systems and documentationStrong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative, hands-on approachComfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial studio environmentA “do what it takes” mindset with a desire to grow personally and help grow the firm This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of CRA’s production approach while working on meaningful, high-profile projects with a tight-knit and creative team.
