Boca Kitchens & Baths is a premier design-build firm specializing in high-end custom kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-home interior renovations throughout Boca Raton and the surrounding areas.

With a 7,000-square-foot showroom, our designers have access to an extensive selection of premium cabinetry, countertops, hardware, tile, and architectural finishes.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer who combines sophisticated design sensibility with strong sales ability and a passion for working directly with clients.

This is an opportunity for a designer who wants to do more than create beautiful drawings. You will own the client relationship, lead the design process, develop the sale, and see your work come to life.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Designer, you will manage projects from the initial client consultation through design development, specifications, contract, and installation.

You will work with homeowners who value quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional design, and will be responsible for translating their vision into highly customized spaces that are both beautiful and functional.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing design, materials, budgets, and sales and understands that great design and a great client experience go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

Meet with prospective and existing clients in our luxury showroom and on-site when required.Lead the complete kitchen and bathroom design process from initial consultation through installation.Develop sophisticated design concepts, space plans, elevations, and detailed 3D renderings.Create designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, construction requirements, and budget.Select and specify premium cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, and other finishes.Prepare detailed proposals, estimates, specifications, and project documentation.Present design concepts and guide clients confidently through selections and investment decisions.Develop strong client relationships and proactively manage projects from design through completion.Work closely with project managers, contractors, installers, architects, and vendors to ensure the design is executed accurately.Conduct or coordinate field measurements and verify site conditions.Review installations and resolve design-related issues when they arise.Maintain project schedules, budgets, specifications, and client expectations.Stay current on luxury kitchen and bath products, materials, design trends, and industry innovations.Generate sales by converting qualified leads into signed design-build projects.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a high-caliber designer with a strong portfolio and a proven track record of selling design.

You should have:

Significant experience designing and selling custom, high-end kitchens and bathrooms.A sophisticated eye for proportion, materials, color, finishes, and architectural detail.Proven success managing projects from concept through installation.Strong sales instincts and the ability to confidently present and close sales contracts.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Expert knowledge of kitchen and bath materials, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, hardware, and installation practices.Strong proficiency with 2020 Design or comparable kitchen/bath design software.Knowledge of residential construction, building codes, and installation standards.Experience working with condominiums and high-rise residential projects is highly desirable.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of service and design quality.Professionalism, confidence, accountability, and a genuine passion for design.A degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
