\- Ability to work well individually and as a team, taking direction from lead designers and senior management \- Ability to multitask and work on a range of projects \- Proficient in AutoCAD, additional plus Solidworks, Rhino, Key shot , and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator \- Proficient in MS Word Excel and Outlook \- Highly organized w/ attention to detail \- Strong initiative and innovation \- Dependable and punctual \- Professional demeanor and sound judgment \- Good verbal and written communication skills. \- Lighting design experience is a plus, but not required \- Filing and updating paperwork in the project file \- Communicating effectively with clients and with vendors We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term position with the company, and who has the desire to learn, grow and put out great work. Handling multiple projects is essential to this position.
