Senior Lighting Designer

At Windward Lighting Studio (WLS), we know great lighting does more than illuminate a room—it transforms how people feel, connect, and experience the world around them. You’ll manage projects from concept through completion, mentor junior designers, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to bring bold visions to life. • Conduct site surveys and prepare program documentation. • 10+ years in professional architectural lighting design. • Location: Must be based in one of our listed cities and authorized to work in the U.S. • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budget.
