As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world-empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients. In this role, you'll be laser-focused on our customers (our practices and patients)-digging deep to understand their needs, uncovering pain points, and designing elegant, seamless experiences that support end-to-end workflows for their restoratives. From onboarding and order tracking to post-delivery feedback, you'll shape the interfaces that define how practices interact with Dandy every day. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of product design experience, including experience owning complex customer-facing flows • A portfolio that showcases industry work and effective storytelling-framing problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving to user outcomes • Ability to drive strategy for your product area by grounding decisions in deep customer insights and crafting compelling narratives that align stakeholders and build buy-in. • Ability to balance business goals, data insights, and user needs to shape your design approach • Strong understanding of usability testing and applying both qualitative and quantitative data • Thoughtful about fidelity and time-knowing when to move fast vs. when to invest in polish • Excellent communication and organizational skills
