Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from concept through construction administration, with a strong focus on interior architecture • Develop and oversee detailed drawing packages, specifications and coordination sets • Present design concepts and technical solutions confidently to clients • Manage and mentor internal teams, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables • Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and vendors to uphold design intent
