The Project Architect will manage project teams, coordinate with consultants, oversee documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction documentation and administration • * Develop and refine design concepts in collaboration with clients and the internal design team • * Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and permit applications ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations • * Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and local authorities • * Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery • * Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent • * Facilitate project meetings and client presentations, communicating technical information clearly and effectively • * Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices
