The team is composed of five critical functions: program operations, real estate, standards, program management, and design. This candidate will report to the Global Design Director, developing location-focused strategies, and driving design execution with the support of global vendors including architecture, engineering, and brand agencies. GPS Places is looking for a Senior Principal West to lead the design operations across EMEA, and supporting North America operations. Design ownership for all phases of commercial projects including programming, space planning, concept design, technical documentation, finish specification, and construction administration. • 10+ years of experience in the design of architecture and commercial interior projects, inclusive of workplace strategy, environmental branding, and facilities management.
