Senior Project Interior Designer

We are seeking a Senior Project Interior Designer with 8 to 12 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of design and storytelling. Lead interior design from concept through construction, shaping creative vision and project outcomes Develop and present compelling interior concepts, storytelling, and design presentations Ability to produce and document detailed interior design construction documents, including specifications coordination and integration across disciplines Direct selection and specification of materials, finishes, lighting, and FF&E Coordinate interiors with architecture, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive solutions Mentor and support designers while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team Partner with clients to translate ideas into thoughtful, buildable design solutions Oversee interior documentation, detailing, and code coordination through all project phases Participate in construction administration and site observations to ensure design intent Contribute to project pursuits, proposals, and client interviews Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Experience in themed entertainment and hospitality projects required, though experience in other markets is welcomed.
