Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview:Licensed Interior Designer; manages projects and leads team, participates in design control of projects, and is responsible for project budget management. May serve as the primary client contact for an interiors project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Works with Senior Project Managers to establish project staffing needs, team requirements, and other office administrative tasks such as hiring and manpower, quality assurance, office technology, and billing and cash flow.• Develops solutions and creates project designs and plans. Responsible for project budget management and cost control.• Provides direction to lower-level interior designers, including serving as the primary supervisor for those within the department as determined by the Director of Project Management and Executive team.
