Senior Project Manager- Interior Design- Real Estate Developer

Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design strategy, vision, and standards across a portfolio of luxury hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use developments.Direct the design of lobbies, amenities, public spaces, workplace environments, and retail experiences that enhance each project's identity and user experience.Guide projects through every phase of design, documentation, procurement, FF&E, and construction implementation.Oversee project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, design reviews, and stakeholder approvals to ensure successful project delivery.Lead FF&E strategy, including material selection, furniture procurement, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and execution.Collaborate closely with development, construction, leasing, marketing, and operations teams to deliver cohesive, market-leading environments.Manage leading interior designers, architects, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams while driving accountability, collaboration, and design excellence. Key Qualifications 10–15+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, and/or office interior design.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required.Proven leadership managing complex, high-end, large-scale projects and multidisciplinary consultant teams.Strong expertise in FF&E, procurement, vendor management, and project execution.Excellent design management, communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
