Senior Technical Design Manager | Interior Design

StreetLights Residential (“SLR”) is a privately-owned real estate development company with a focus on design-centric mixed-use and multifamily development across the sunbelt regions. StreetLights Residential is seeking a candidate to own our interior drawing standards. This is inclusive of constructability details, Revit standards, drawing production, and QAQC of all Interior Design drawing deliverables. • Collaborate with designers, architects, and outside consultants throughout the design and documentation of multifamily and mixed-use projects. • Assist in the production of project deliverables and coordinate with the appropriate departments and consultants to ensure compliance in quality, design, and applicable building codes.
