Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Window Furnishings Consultant, based in the Greater Adelaide Area. Key Responsibilities Own the full window furnishings operational process from enquiry to installation Consult with customers to recommend technically sound and fit for purpose solutions Conduct accurate on site measures, inspections, and quoting Drive strong conversion, upselling, and GP outcomes Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and referral partners Provide after sales follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with on training and development of other sales staff Learn and build working knowledge of flooring products and systems to support cross selling and team collaboration Complete all required sales and administration accurately and on time Additional Attributes We Value Experience mentoring or on training other sales staff Openness to learning the flooring industry and related product categories Strong understanding of margins, pricing, and GP protection Professional presentation and a customer first mindset
