• Guide interiors team throughout various project stages and work with Design Director to make decisions when necessary. Skills & Experiences • 10+ years of professional design experience within hospitality, multi-family residential, and institutional work. • Bachelor's or master's in interior design or architecture. • Strong FF&E experience; architectural background is a plus. • Experience managing a team of junior through senior interior designers; ability to delegate various tasks throughout a team.
