Provides high quality, friendly service to residents and guests of Royal Oaks in the dining areas and at special functions. Major Duties and Responsibilities: -Greets residents and guests in a friendly manner within two minutes of being seated. -Polishes glassware and silverware and ensures all service work pre-set and delivered to tables are clean and sanitary. Is responsible for promptly reporting to the Director of Health Services, Director of Resident Services, or Chief Executive Officer (CEO) incidents or evidence of resident abuse or a violation of residents’ rights. Food Runner: -Expedites orders from the kitchen to all dining areas.
