Rusticator is a family-owned and operated business and we are looking for a detail-oriented, upbeat go-getter with a willingness to learn to join our growing team based in Boston, MA and Seal Harbor, ME. **Eligibility** \\- Minimum of 2 years experience working in retail or interior design \\- Ability to work Monday - Saturday during the summer, 4 days a week in the off-season \\- Efficiency in MacOS and Google suite \\- Outstanding customer service skills \\- Highly organized with strong attention to detail \\- Open-minded, positive, and willing to learn \\- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at various stages simultaneously in a fast- paced environment \\- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information \\- Some travel required \\- Driver’s License required \\- Full benefits offered **Roles & Responsibilities** \\- Interact with guests in the shop, via email, on the phone, and on social media. \\- Manage all inventory on the shop floor and in stock. \\- Coordinate shipping of all guest orders. \\- Manage our design studio sample library.
