Showroom Concierge Interior Design Coordinator

As the first point of contact for our clients, designers, architects, builders, and guests, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience while supporting our senior sales and design team. Welcome and greet clients, designers, architects, builders, and guests in a warm and professional manner Manage showroom reception area and maintain a polished, organized appearance Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Coordinate appointments and assist with scheduling Ensure visitors receive an exceptional first impression of Burlington Design Gallery Assist Senior Design Sales Associates with client appointments and material selections Prepare samples, presentation materials, and project information for client meetings Follow up on customer requests and maintain accurate records Assist with showroom merchandising, displays, and product organization Support project coordination and administrative tasks as needed About Burlington Design Gallery Burlington Design Gallery is one of Texas' premier destinations for luxury natural stone, tile, and architectural surfaces.
