Showroom Coordinator

Dmitriy & Co seeks a forward-thinking, creative, savvy, and enthusiastic Showroom Coordinator to join our growing team. We encourage visionaries with strong discipline and a passion for design to apply! Your contribution to the team includes: \\- Poised guest welcoming/front of house engagement \\- Showroom support including phones, emails, scheduling, and daily operations \\- Conduct comprehensive email correspondence, trade verifications & contact management in CRM system \\- Oversee sample library inventory and requests \\- Streamline internal documents/files/images \\- Vendor and client account support including light quoting and invoicing \\- Communicating with PR & press contacts \\- Photoshoot, event, and collection launch support \\- General website updates \\- Maintain continuity of operations by documenting and communicating needed actions through discovering irregularities and determining continuing needs What you’ll need to be successful: \\- Excellent professional demeanor: polished, well-spoken, and energetic \\- Stellar communication skills in person and digitally \\- Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy \\- Willingness to learn and adapt with a growth mindset \\- Flexible, resourceful approach and the ability to pivot easily in a fast- paced, dynamic environment \\- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team mindset \\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, and ability to learn new software quickly \\- Knowledge of graphic software (Photoshop & InDesign) \\- Passion and motivation to elevate our growing brand Desirable: \\- 2 + years in Sales and/or Assistance experience in the interior design/fashion/art industries \\- Experience in showroom or office assistance \\- Bachelor’s degree We’d love to have you join our team, where personal growth is encouraged and advancement opportunities are valued.
