Showroom Coordinator / Design Assistant

While the primary responsibilities are administrative and customer-facing, there is also an opportunity to learn the kitchen and bath design industry and potentially grow into a larger role within the company. Open and close the showroom during scheduled business hours Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Monitor and respond to email communications Greet walk-in customers and gather preliminary project information Schedule consultations and manage calendars Maintain customer lead records and project information Assist with showroom organization and presentation Coordinate communication between customers, designers, and project staff Support general office operations and administrative tasks Assist with marketing and social media projects as needed Individuals interested in learning kitchen and bath design, project coordination, sales, or showroom management are encouraged to apply.
