About the position Responsibilities • Greet clients and showroom walk-ins/answering phones • Help keep the sample room neat and organized • Assist clients looking for hardware • Assist with showroom events • Schedule showroom maintenance • Order samples/color chips • Manage/replenish office supplies • Set up and prepare for client meetings • Manage client documents and organize/tracking project details • Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors and industry partners • Additional responsibilities will depend on experience Requirements • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience with Excel, Word, PDF editing • General computer proficiency • Background in construction/interior design/related field • Experience with AutoCAD, Chief Architect Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
