Showroom design consultant

This sales and design position with CFM Floors is based on providing great customer service to designers, homeowners, and contractors who come into the showroom. The job requires one to shift from task to task quickly, and they need to maintain a strong sense of urgency. • Provide top notch customer service by guiding and educating customers and also providing design advice and product knowledge • Greeting customers when they come into our showroom • Be a part of a greater team and work together to ensure customer satisfaction • Build relationships with customers and client base • Product knowledge – learn and continue to stay current on the product information • Maintain organization, cleanliness and general aesthetic in the showroom. • Background in design, construction, and/or education in interior design. • Time management skills.
