Assist trade and showroom customers in the selection of products. Acquire a high level of product knowledge about the company’s products and be able to effectively respond to inquiries as they relate to the recommended (or restricted) use. Provide support to the OSR and BCSS in the performance of their duties. Promote the branch showroom for use as a selection center for the A&D trade, including the use of the showroom for trade events and promotions.
