Duties and responsibilities • Maintain a clean, attractive and organized showroom appearance which will enhance sales. • Grow sales with walk-in designers, architects, developers, and homeowners. • Inside sales support for appointments, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings set by reps. • Sales support • Be an active listener to client's needs and formulate desired solutions to satisfy clients. • Provide a custom client experience, placing heavy importance on personalizing each engagement. • Follow up with clients after selections to ensure and maximize customer satisfaction.
