Qualifications • Previous experience in merchandising is preferred • Understanding best practices in customer service and sales • Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices • Strong communication skills and willingness to work well with supervisor and coworkers in a team environment • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but not required
