About J. Allan’sJ. Allan’s is a home furnishings and interior design business with locations in Brookhaven and Hattiesburg, Mississippi. We’re opening a new showroom in Baton Rouge and building a team focused on thoughtful design and personal service.

About the roleWe’re looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our Baton Rouge team and oversee the showroom’s day-to-day operations. The manager will set the tone for the customer experience, support the sales team, and help drive showroom performance.

ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support showroom staffHelp customers and support the team in serving their needsSet expectations for sales, customer service, and follow-upOversee daily showroom operations and presentationCoordinate with the design team and help resolve customer issuesQualificationsExperience in retail, sales, customer service, or team leadershipStrong communication and people skillsOrganized, dependable, and comfortable balancing customer needs with business goalsFurniture, home furnishings, or interior design experience is a plusThis is an in-person position in Baton Rouge. Weekday availability is required; some Saturday coverage will be needed.
