Manager will oversee small staff of both front house and sample department while also showing sales leadership on the showroom floor. Our clients range from the most experienced interior designers to retail clients so a strong sense of design is a must for clients who need extra help. Prior experience as a manager or assistant manager at multi line showroom or retail home decor business. An ability to successfully work with different personalities and situations with the goal of good customer relations. Great leadership skills to delegate tasks to already competent staff and checking in on their progress.
