We are a to the trade furniture showroom that is also a commercial and residential build-design firm. We are located in downtown Los Angeles, and are currently seeking a Showroom/Project Manager/Design Assistant to join our team. Requirements: Experience as a Design Assistant at an interior design firm (preferred but not required). Familiarity with all PowerPoint functionality is a plus. Must be: -Able to work independently as well as part of a team -Flexible and reliable -Detail oriented and extremely organized -Positive and proactive with a strong work ethic -Able to work multitask, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines -A critical thinker, with excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict You will assist a senior designer with all aspects of a project from concept through completion, including assisting with creating floor plans and elevations, maintaining project schedules and organizational systems.
