Showroom & Marketing Coordinator

Dmitriy & Co. is a modern furniture and upholstery atelier dedicated to timeless design and exquisite craftsmanship. The brand’s history of producing bespoke furnishings can be traced back to the Lower East Side of New York, where artisanal mastery was hard earned over three generations. The position will consist of administrative support in the showroom as well as social media and marketing communications management. We encourage savvy, resourceful, effective communicators with a passion for design to apply! - Providing showroom assistance with general admin including phones, emails, scheduling and daily operations - Interacting with clients in an informed, engaging, and professional manner - Managing the general inbox, trade verification & contact management in CRM system - Managing sample library inventory and client samples - Updating photo library and internal documents/files - Assisting with quoting, invoicing and general account support - Creating and maintaining a social media calendar to align with overall company wide marketing & sales efforts - Generating, editing, publishing and sharing engaging social content daily (e.g. original text, photos, stories) - Communicating with followers, responding to questions and cultivating the social media community - Communicating with PR & press contacts - Assisting with photo shoots, events and collection launches
