You'll collaborate with experienced professionals, gain valuable product and design knowledge, and play a key role in guiding projects from concept to approval.

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective builders in our showroom to understand their design vision, lifestyle needs, and budget.Educate builders on cabinetry lines, countertop materials, fixtures, finishes, and design options.Greeting people and leading intake, selections, and design.Collaborate with our in-house installation team and interior designer to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with construction requirements.Maintain clear and professional communication with builders from concept through project approval.Stay up-to-date on design trends, product knowledge, and remodeling best practices.Qualifications

An Associate's Degree is required1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, client services, kitchen and bath, or design sales preferred.Willingness to learn about kitchen and bath cabinetry materials, finishes, and hardware.Willingness to learn about residential construction and remodeling processes (plumbing, electrical, framing, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills with the ability to build client trust.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.For immediate review and consideration, contact: Jordan Kravetzky -
