Showroom Sales and Administrative Associate

Beach Floor & Decor has an immediate opening for an ambitious, self-directed, administrative sales associate. Essential Duties:  Scheduling appointments for sales and service needs  Filing company and client paperwork  Maintaining an updated company calendar digitally and in-house  Assisting with home installation scheduling  Organizing showroom and keeping it clean on a daily basis  Assisting with company events as need  Learning product lines  Facilitate the ordering and installation processes  Serve as a liaison between manufacture vendors, customers, installers, and our back office to ensure the best customer experience  Build local relationships with management companies, architects, realtors, builders, and other professionals who rely on our services  Other duties as assigned Required skills:  Highly organized with exceptional planning skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously  Exceptional customer service skills  Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and turn around projects quickly, with detail and accuracy  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint) office 365  Trusted to handle confidential information  Ability to maintain professional working relationships with clients and vendors  Ability to photograph, edit and maintain software sites for project updates  Social Media and blogging abilities Please submit a resume and cover letter stating salary requirements and or history and any reasons why you might be a great fit for our growing team.
