Showroom Sales Manager

ABOUT YOU: You are passionate about interior design and will play a key part in developing relationships with designer/trade and retail clients. Our ideal candidate is a lover of interiors and enjoys interacting with people to provide outstanding service. The key to this role is increasing existing business and developing new client relationships with designers and retail customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Maintain a growing trade account base, including developing new trade business with interior design firms \\- Oversee daily operations of SF flagship gallery and online sales \\- Ensure smooth operation of boutique at all times \\- Greet and assist clients with focused attention to create a high-end customer experience, sharing the stories of our makers and artists \\- Ensure store standards are met and maintained, i.e., visuals, maintenance, cleanliness, signage, safety, and ensure associates comply with all company policies and procedures \\- Maintain and style the showroom floor (with assistance from other store associates and guidance from the firm’s Principal) \\- Liaise with our design team for client installations \\- Manage a small team of associates \\- Maintain store inventory REQUIREMENTS: \\- Minimum 5 years sales experience in luxury interior furnishings industry \\- Comprehensive understanding of sales in a luxury showroom environment \\- Ability to work well with a wide range of customers, including interior designers \\- Proficiency with Google Suite, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online \\- Existing interior design trade relationships \\- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills \\- A comfortable, confident, and positive attitude that contributes to a team environment \\- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit \\- Strong art and design sales skills \\- Poised and polished appearance to fit a gallery environment https://www.anyondesign.com/pages/atelier
