Showroom Sales Manager

Fairhope Floor Covering is a locally owned, design‑driven residential and commercial flooring company serving the Eastern Shore with premium products, exceptional craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer experience. We’re growing and looking for a confident, organized, customer‑focused leader to manage our showroom and guide clients through the selection process. The company has a newly renovated 6,000 sf showroom along with a large warehouse located in the heart of Fairhope. The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, ensure an excellent customer shopping experience, and manage sales strategies to achieve business goals. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience and provide effective communication with clients and team members • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and motivate the sales team • Knowledge of showrooms and their operations, including expertise handling product displays and inventory in high-touch customer environments • Leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and achieving sales goals • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient showroom operations • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer experiences • Proficiency with sales management tools and a basic understanding of reporting and analytics • Prior experience in interior design, flooring, or home improvement industries is a plus • Experience with QFloors is a plus but not required; ability and willingness to learn and utilize QFloors software as well as other computer-based applications is required
