The Interior Designer will collaborate with our construction team to design commercial or residential remodel or new build projects. Refine the design with clients as necessary until a final design is completed. The interior designer will work with the client from the concept phase through the end of construction.- Assist the estimating team by submitting plans to subcontractors and responding to inquiries from trade partners- Attend site walkthrough visits and review plans with the team.- Assist Sales and Estimator to bid projects to create and write contracts, office coordination.- Assist clients with finish and fixture selections, cabinet design and layout, interior and exterior design- Submit applications and/or plans for City, County, or State jurisdictions- Assist Sales with presenting rough budgets and final contracts to clients for approval.- Project coordination and organization.- Overseeing the buying process of all fixtures and samples required to complete the design or project- Daily on-site meetings with clients and/or construction team to stay on schedule with design and assist with any decisions- Answer client’s calls or emails that are design related.- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline. • Creativity and ability to collaborate with clients to create a functional and beautiful space. • A self-driven organized person is a must.
