We are expanding our crew and looking for skilled, well-rounded renovation professionals to join our growing team. We are seeking experienced interior renovation professionals with a minimum of 2 years working alongside contractors in remodeling projects. Pay & Benefits • Base Pay: $25/hour for entry level skilled carpenters • Top Pay: Up to $40/hour for well-rounded individuals skilled in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Requirements • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior residential remodeling • Skilled in carpentry, drywall, and painting (minimum requirement) • Additional skills in electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, trim, and other trades are highly valued • Must have reliable transportation • Ability to travel to job sites within 45 minutes of downtown Pittsburgh in any direction • Professional experience working with other contractors—DIY/homeowner-only experience does not qualify • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team We are expanding our crew and looking for skilled, well-rounded renovation professionals to join our growing team.
