Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator

We are seeking to expand our marketing department with the addition of a driven, creative, and reliable individual to lead social media management and content creation. Conceptualize and create aesthetically pleasing and engaging digital content daily across Mister HQ Group social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokManage social media channel engagement with local businesses, influencers, clients, colleagues, and community membersPlan, execute, and schedule content based on new and existing marketing materials and strategies in an organized, communicative, and creative mannerQUALIFICATIONS Above all, the ability to be kind, creative, consistent, and flexibleThe ability to take aesthetically pleasing photos and videos on a professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera system and an iPhonePrevious experience capturing real estate photo and video is a huge benefit.The ability to follow existing brand and content plans, strategies, and guidelinesThe ability to regularly conceptualize and create new content and marketing strategies for social media channelsThe ability to write engaging, well-edited, and grammatically correct copy, short-form video scripts, social captions, emails, etc.Video Editing (Premiere, Edits, CapCut, DaVinci, etc. Travel will be compensated at a disclosed rate* Starting at $23 - $25 per hour, based on skill level and experience.
