Socket.dev is hiring: Project Manager - Interior Design in Miami

At DKOR Interiors, we design and execute high-end residential and commercial spaces where design, construction, and client experience come together. This role is ideal for someone with experience in interior design, construction, carpentry, or a related trade-based industry who understands how projects truly come together — and who wants to apply that knowledge in the world of high-end interiors. * Experience in interior design, construction, carpentry, fabrication, or a related trade-based industry * Exposure to high-end residential and/or commercial projects * Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently * Calm, professional demeanor and ability to perform well under pressure * Natural leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset * Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through * Curiosity and interest in how projects are built and executed * Familiarity with Design Manager is a plus, but not required * Desire to grow into a leadership role within a design-focused company * English and Spanish speakers preferred. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring them the correct steps are being taken to keep the project on track. * Work above Junior Designers and alongside Lead Designers * Provide guidance on timelines, priorities, and expectations * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented team environment
