Solutions Designer

To support the design of medium to high complexity projects, the full-time remote Solutions Designer will translate design intent into buildable, scalable solutions while ensuring quality and feasibility in prefab designs. Key responsibilities Identify and mitigate risks related to profitability and constructability while ensuring clear communication with downstream teams Develop project-specific drawings and specifications, coordinating with external design and construction teams to ensure integration with architectural documents Optimize solutions for gross margin performance and labor efficiency, collaborating with Project Executives and Estimating to align cost assumptions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembling construction documents for interior architecture projects Proficiency in design and BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks Strong understanding of design and construction processes, including prefabrication methods Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
