Our client is a Fintech firm looking to hire a Space Planner and Designer for their NY office. Responsibilities: • Oversee various aspects of space planning and management • Ensure office standards are maintained • Project manage operational improvements and expansions • Preserve accurate spatial data within space management software • Coordinate allocations, occupancy, and room usage • Generate reporting and analyses on occupancy metrics and growth forecasts • Troubleshoot day-to-day space planning requests Qualification: • 5+ years of space planning/management and design experience • Must have a blend of corporate Space Planning and design experience • Knowledge of AutoCAD • Bachelor's degree • Strong communication skills The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
