Our client, an innovative furniture dealership, is searching for a technical designer - space planner with a background in architecture, commercial design or contract furniture to join their vibrant San Francisco office. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail oriented and adept at handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. About the Role: Review, confirm and modify customers' layouts to conform to selected manufacturers' capabilities and product description Create accurate and detailed CET generated installation drawings from architectural block plans and samples for systems, modular and freestanding furniture Provide planning and specifications for reconfiguring existing systems projects Plan furniture into architectural backgrounds to ensure compatibility of systems furniture in coordination with architectural conditions Create electrical and data coordination plans; provide installation packages Generate plan view and 3D drawings for client presentations Develop workstation examples and space plans Take field measurements and attend site coordination meetings at client sites About You: Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of one (1) year of experience within interior design Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with the CAP specifying tool Experience with rendering software or other presentation- based programs Strong attention to detail Ability to record track assignments and complete projects in a timely manner Proactive and a self-starter Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities Qualified candidates please send your confidential resume to Katherine Eskandanian-Yee: katherine@agency360sf.com We thank you for your interest and inquiry and wish you much success in your search.
