Space Planner -Construction Services

Adherence to build-out standards utilizing existing construction, minimizing demolition and new construction costs as well as attempting to maintain locations of existing plumbing and electrical. • Meet with prospective clients to discuss programming needs and requirements. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of AutoCAD experience required • Knowledge of architectural design, tenant improvements, building code compliance, and current state and local codes required • Bachelor's or technical degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred) • Strong understanding of construction processes and scheduling • Proven ability to practice design and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners • Desire to expand knowledge and skills through regular work reviews with supervisor Working for High Company LLC: • Tuition Assistance with 100 percent reimbursement for approved courses and degree programs which are job related and approved in advance by your supervisor.
