Space Planning and Interior Design Professional

Key responsibilities include leading the design planning and execution of office space projects, developing drawings and presentations for internal stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to gather business intelligence, managing procurement and coordination of furniture systems, serving as a liaison between local offices, vendors, project teams, and property management, overseeing construction management for office buildouts and expansions, ensuring compliance with corporate workplace design standards, maintaining internal resources, and performing other duties as assigned. Additional requirements include proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, experience in real estate lease reviews, space planning, and property evaluations, excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
