Qualifications Strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience in multifamily, student housing, senior living, or medical office projects.Proficiency in Design Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams and overseeing design deliverables and timelines.Ability to produce and review detailed Construction Drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with codes and standards.Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external consultants, clients, and authorities having jurisdiction.Professional degree in Architecture (Bachelors or Masters in Architecture) is preferredAdvanced proficiency in relevant design and documentation tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with BIM workflows.Demonstrated experience with site planning, entitlement, and rezoning processes is highly beneficial.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and solve complex design and coordination challenges in a fast-paced environment.Experience in student housing, luxury independent, assisted and memory care facilities are a plus. $130-170K, Plus bonus and long-term growth.
