Key Responsibilities Lead interior architecture and interior design projects from programming and concept development through construction administration. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and supporting firm growth initiatives. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and interview materials to secure new projects and strengthen market presence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design excellence, technical quality, and successful project delivery. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, professional development, and collaboration. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial interior design and interior architecture, with project leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, networking, and revenue generation within the AEC industry. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, space planning, FF&E selection, and project delivery processes. Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software, including Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation tools.
