Sr Interior Design Lead Department Leader

HGA is looking for an Interior Design Department Leader who will shape the studio's direction, cultivate a high-performing team, and align the practice with office, departmental, and firmwide priorities. In addition to guiding strategy and operations, the Senior Interior Designer will remain hands-on with project design and delivery and will partner with Principals across sectors to pursue and secure new work. - Position the department for future growth and capability development and further the national strategy for Interior Design while advancing and practicing national initiatives locally. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients - Ability to balance project responsibilities with leadership accountability
